There are certain truths about motherhood…
You will never sleep well again. Mostly because you will never stop worrying about your children.
You will stop noticing when you are being touched… because you are always being touched.
Caffeine is your new best friend and your food often becomes your children’s, while they refuse to eat the food you’ve made for them.
Exercise often includes chasing toddlers around the house, trying to figure out what they have in their mouths.
And you will spend an amazing amount of money on your children’s clothes and yet question whether you can spare that extra cash to buy that new outfit you’ve been eyeing.
I know for myself I spend an inordinate amount of time weighing whether to get the cute shoes for one of my little ones or spring for the perfect top that I found. I mean, do I really need another top that is just going to get dirty handprints on it from my kids?
And that’s one of the amazing things about Jane.com deals. You can have the best of both worlds. The retailers on Jane.com have incredible deals on everything from clothes for you, clothes for your husband, clothes for the kids, toys, fun finds, and decor!
I’ve been notorious for spending my time while nursing my baby on Jane.com finding unique deals that I know are perfect for our family. I use the deals on Jane.com for all the holidays and have already started planning for Mother’s Day coming up. Hint hint – it’s less than a month away at this point!
So here are some of my favorite deals currently on Jane.com that are perfect for the mom in your life. And while we’re at it, because a purchase for mom isn’t the same if you don’t have something for the kids thrown in, I’ve included a couple of bonus kid’s items that I’m loving right now.
Kylie Kimono
I love all of the kimonos and cardigans that are offered on Jane.com because they are easy to throw on and turn a casual outfit a little more stylish. Especially for new moms or moms with nursing babies, kimonos are perfect because it allows for easy access while nursing while still providing a little bit of coverage.
This Kylie Kimono in particular is perfect as a Mother’s Day gift. Why, you ask? Because it’s one size, so husbands don’t have to guess your size, and it comes with a free pair of earrings! So you’re getting mom two gifts in one!
It comes in several different colors. I’m partial to the sage (in case my husband is reading this), but all of them are beautiful. I could see this going with a pair of jeans, shorts, or even used as a swimsuit coverup.
Genuine Leather Teardrop Earrings
These earrings are really popular right now. You might even remember that they appeared on my My Favorite Things post from before Christmas. If the mom in your life loves these earrings, this is a fantastic deal to jump on. There are almost 150 different styles to choose from, so certainly you could find a couple that are her style!
Another great thing about this deal? They are customizable! Not only can you pick the pattern on the leather part of the earring, but you can pick the hardware. With 6 different metal choices, there is bound to be the perfect choice for mom.
4 Piece Bath Bomb Set
I know it can be hard for moms to get away for a spa day. Even when I’m just trying to take a quick shower, my little ones are coming into the bathroom, pulling back the curtain to talk to me, putting their fingers under the door if I even think to close it. Strangely, the only door in the whole house that doesn’t have a lock is our master bathroom. So needless to say, quiet time doesn’t happen much.
With bath bombs, you can take the kids out for some time at the playground, somewhere to wear them out, while mom gets some time to herself to relax. The bath bombs create a gentle and relaxing fizzing. This set in particular includes four scents – rose, lavender, jasmine, and myosotis sylvatica.
With this set, not only is it cruelty-free, but they are so pretty with dried flowers as part of the bath bombs. AND it comes in a cute little box. Your gift wrap is almost half done! Add some pretty ribbon and a bow and viola!
Marble Power Banks
Ok. I chose this one kind of selfishly. I recently got a new phone and it goes through battery life way faster than I’m used to. Not to mention some of the photography apps I’ve been using recently use battery life much faster. So a power bank can be the perfect gift for moms like me who are using their phones to capture pictures of their littles. When we are out on the go, running errands, taking the kids to activities, or just taking them to different places like the zoo or aquarium, to say it’s incredibly inconvenient to have your phone die is an understatement.
With these portable power banks, they are easy to throw in a purse or diaper bag or even keep in the car console. When needed, they are so pretty, much prettier than the typical black power chargers you might find. Not only is this a unique find, but it’s a useful find that I know mom will appreciate.
Mother’s Day Keychain
If you’re looking for a more traditional gift, check out these cute keychains. They are personalized for either mom or grandma and up to three kid’s names. This is especially a great gift if grandma goes by a unique name.
Two of the three of my children’s grandmas have unique names – Nonna and Gigi. It is near impossible to find things for Nonna. So if you struggle with this, too, because maybe you have a Glammy or a Mia in your life as grandma, check out this fully personalizable gift.
Personalized Wood Frame
Though I love the keychain from the previous recommendation, it doesn’t really accomodate for grandmas with more than three grandkids. One of my children’s grandmas has twelve grandkids. TWELVE. So a gift like this with space for more grandkids is a great idea.
This sign is fully customizable, even so much as the stain on the frame, so you can really make sure that it will fit their decor. And even for those grandparents with unique names, you can contact The Gifted Oak and let them know what you need.
This personalized wood sign would be perfect on a mantle, in an entryway, or even on a counter like in a kitchen. Mom or Grandma can display it proudly.
Stuffed Animal Storage Bean Bag
This is really a thing for kids, but let’s be honest, we could count it as a part of a gift for mom, too. One of mom’s biggest struggles is getting kids to pick up toys. And lots of times there are just so many toys, especially stuff animals.
These striped canvas “bean bags” will help store your kid’s stuffed animals while providing a little seating afterwards. Toys will be kept out of the way and one more fight against the never-ending toy pick up will be finished. So yeah, it may seem like a gift for the kids, but mom will be endlessly thankful for a place to keep the toys out of sight.
Summer Dresses
I mentioned that I would add something for kids, and this is that something. I’ve been eyeing these dresses for weeks, but haven’t pulled the trigger yet because Little Miss is still just too young. But seriously. How gorgeous are these dresses? They are perfect for spring and summer and so incredibly unique.
I so badly want to get the Painterly pattern for Little Miss for that one day in the distant future when she starts school – just so she can wear it on her first day. They would be perfect for Mother’s Day brunch, too!
If you have a little girl, please purchase one of these and let me live vicariously through you. Do you think they’d ever make them in adult sizes?
These are my Mother’s Day picks from Jane.com. Motherhood is hard. We have sleepless nights, days where we are touched out, and everything in between where we are no longer thinking about ourselves, but rather about our kids and significant others. Sometimes, we can get lost in all the giving that we forget to give to ourselves.
There is one last certain truth about motherhood, though – if you spend just a little on yourself, pamper yourself, make time for yourself, whatever fills your bucket back up, you’ll be a better mom, too.
Happy Mother’s Day!
