Tuesdays are our grocery shopping days. I drop Little Mister off at school, then Little Miss and I head to the store for our weekly groceries. Here in Dallas, we have this amazing store called Central Market. It is my absolute favorite store. Their produce section is expansive, they have unique foods from all over the world, and their bakery smells delicious. You go through the store on an easy-to-follow path, leading you from produce to meat, pantry items through frozen, the bakery, and then ending in the deli.
The absolute best part? They always have several stations with workers handing out samples of food. I mean, seriously, can you get any better than free samples?!
I am always looking for a good way to keep track of my groceries. For a while, I used an app. The issue with the app is that it became difficult to add unique items that I can only find at my particular store, like the hatch chips that my family loves. When I would try to add a unique item, it would file it under a strange category and then I’d forget it while shopping and have to go back at the end.
If I just write everything down on a piece of blank paper, the lack of organization makes for a longer shopping trip because I end up having to walk all over the store and back just to find the items.
So if you’re like me and looking for a better way to list the items you need from the grocery store, perhaps even to keep a running list of items through the week, check out the grocery list printable below!
